All nice people here, they go out of their way to give the patient a comfortable experience

My specialist was a Root Canal magician!! Here we go. I have had horrible teeth all my life due to bone condition. So I didn't have the structure. However, having the next door tooth removed exposed my molar with no enameled so it rotted and it had a sideways filling from the bottom that was hitting the nerve. Very likely that my tooth was not going to make it through the root canal. Me and Mr.Lecheminant discuss the possibilities and I chose to proceed. It only took one needle to a molar to numb it which was impressive. The possibilities of the tooth breaking never happened and then he discussed that I would have some soreness and discomfort after...didn't even happen! I haven't taken one ibuprofen, one Tylenol, or one Advil after the numbing wore way. This guy's a godsend and he's impeccable at what he does!

Kaitlyn and Dr Fracer are hands down - THE BEST- So empathetic, supportive and educational. So much knowledge and passion for their field, sharing their expert opinion and allowing you to make the decisions. Such an incredible team!

Your technical staff & dentist were well prepared in taking care of my needs. Dr. LeCheminant advising me to take 800 mg advil & 500 mg tylenol every 5 hours helped my recovery with root canal plus a back problem I have---thanks for that also.

I do not like going to the dentist. As a child, the dentist filled anything dark on any tooth. The cost of doing that had to be horrible for my parents. We were a poor family, and today, looking back, I really feel bad about those days. In those days, the pain involved with the numbing shot and feeling like half of my face was completely numb from the shot was awful. Fast forward to today, and I would gladly go back to Greater Endodonics for any dental checkup or repair. My first experience was inspiring, transcendent, world-class awesome. No pain whatsoever, and I felt like I wanted to take a nap in the chair while the work was going on! I was getting a root canal on my upper right side, second from the back molar.—a tough job at a minimum. Dr. Brockbank was so careful not to make me feel like my jaw was getting ripped off my face. His tools of the trade were made for my root canal, and I felt great after the procedure. No after-effects. No numb face for hours afterward, and I did not take one Tylenol after the procedure for the throbbing pain that usually goes with the procedure. Get this, Dr .Brockbank let the numbing medicine kick in before he started drilling! I am adding Dr. Brockbank to my will. Seriously, don't waste your time looking for a specialist because Dr. Brockbank is your guy! Good luck, and many thanks to the Greater Endodonics staff for a pleasant root canal visit that cost less than I thought and took less time than I thought, to complete the procedure, and for getting me in to see the doctor right away. Never thought I would put the words, relaxing and root canal in the same sentence, but that’s exactly what Dr. Facer provided. Only feedback for front desk staff and clinic workflow would be making sure patients received some form of after-visit summary/ care instructions either in person or electronic without having to prompt staff even when check-out is busy. Otherwise, one of the most pleasant dental experiences I’ve had.

Dr Facer was very friendly and knowledgeable. My daughter was in severe pain. He and his staff made a hard day better by being patient and kind. I would recommend him highly.

Bright and airy, a great atmosphere. Dr Brockbank was excellent and did my root canal with care and practically no pain. If I ever need this procedure again, I will be returning here without hesitation. An excellent experience!

What a great experience!! I was expecting pain and discomfort and this was a breeze. I had a really old root canal which needed a retreat. Dr. Brockbank was awesome and was able to fix it right up. They have this system that flushes the canals out and it gets to the very bottom of the root. Super amazing!! The team was super nice and accommodating. This is the only place I will ever go for root canals! Greater Endo is the absolute best!

Dr Facer is brilliant, thorough, and explains in detail what is to be expected. I was nervous going in for my root canal. When he finished, I was amazed at how much better this was than I had experienced years ago with a different doctor.. I Highly recommend Greater Endodontics & him.

I visited Greater Endodontics for the first time on March 26, 2026. Dr. Facer was my Endodontist. My overall experience was excellent. Dr. Facer is a talented professional and was courteous and professional. All of the staff, from the front office to the dental assistant were all great. Their pricing is very competitive and they are an "in-network" provider with my dental insurance. Best of all, the practice has four Endodontists, making it easy to get an appointment. I left my former Dentist and Endodontist because it was too difficult to get a timely appointment. For all my future dental needs, I plan to use Greater Endodontics.
