Dr Brockbank exceeded my expectations. I was a bit nervous and he was kind and professional and made me feel comfortable. Greater Endo is top-notch and I would recommend them to all my friends and family to get their root canals done there if they ever needed one!

I was in so much pain from an infection I had. I needed a root canal and they got me in quickly, right before the weekend. I have a lot of anxiety around dental work (from previous bad experiences) but Dr LeCheminant made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Him and his team answered all my questions and worked quickly on me. I would recommend Dr LeCheminant to all of my friends and family. I am truly grateful for him and his team and the kindness and comfort they gave me.

Dr. Facer & his assistants were amazing. I was nervous about a root canal however they quickly eased my anxiety by answering questions and concerns. They were gentle, kind, and super efficient. It was done within the hour, I’m extremely grateful for their services.

If this had been the first and only endodontist I had ever been to, it would have saved me a lot of trouble. Dr Brockbank has worked on me several times and has always been very professional, empathetic, and meticulous in his work; which is important with my complex teeth and dental history. He has also found and corrected subpar work done by a different endodontist on teeth that were still giving me trouble. The office has an amazingly cutting-edge and professional feel to it, and all of the staff have been great to work with. They have done a lot to earn my trust and I can't recommend them enough.

Dr Facer and his assistant Magen are the best! Magen answered the phone on a Sunday and fit me in the next morning before the office even opened. Dr Facer was so kind and explained everything and answered all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend them!

Best customer service, high end technology and nice and friendly staff. Dr. LeCheminant was kind and considerate, and very proficient explaining about my root canal issue and what needs to be done, which helped me feel less stressed about it. Staff are also well experienced and helpfully. I highly recommend them.

Amazing staff ranging from Abby at the front, to Francis to Dr. Facer. State of the art equipment, their appointments are unusually efficient and their care is at the top of the heap. I went in quite nervous about 4 root canals. The vibe and equipment calmed my concerns immediately, but hearing Francis sing with the office Muzak really chilled me out for the long painless process.

Clean, modern office, professional staff. Painless procedure. Would recommend

I had the greatest dental experience today seeing Dr. Brockbank and the amazing dental assistant (can't remember her name but she's amazing). They let me explain what was going on and listened carefully about my concerns of my anxiety. They reassured me that they'd make me comfortable enough to not have a panic attack. Which I usually do have panic attacks at the dentist but today was much different. The front desk ladies were amazing, kind, and great listeners who made sure that my insurance would cover my root canal and explained everything to me so it made sense. I'm no stranger to going to the dentist but the problem is I've always had bad experiences filled with anxiety. However, today's appointment I had to have a root canal on my back upper tooth that I was told by my regular dentist had tricky roots. My anxiety was addressed and listened to and was able to use the laughing gas which truly helped me calm down and relax. I was able to watch TV and completely just zone out and not focus on the scary noises. Dr.Brockbank did everything so quickly yet so precise. I was told I was sitting for 45 minutes but it only felt like it was 10. I highly recommend this office to everyone especially if you have bad anxiety about the dentist. The office was also very clean and comfortable especially the chairs. Thank you Dr.Brockbank and a huge thank you to the dental assistant who made my mind at ease and even talked with me for a bit to keep me calm. Y'all are amazing.

10 stars if I could! My family member had a root canal retreated with Dr. LeCheminant. The procedure quick and painless! The doctor was informative and comforting and his assistant (Kim), was amazing as well. The Murray practice is beautiful and southing. They clearly work well as a team, and it shows!

As a dentist, I refer all of my patients living in the Salt Lake area to Dr. Brockbank and his partners at Greater Endodontics. I trust them completely with my patients and my own family members. True professionals who are very talented.

Had to go in for unbearable toothache and get a root canal. The team was so nice and so professional! They got me in same day and explained every part of the process, making sure I was comfortable. I recommend them 1,000%!

I would recommend Dr.Madsen & his staff all day. Nobody likes having to have a root canal but they make it easy.

I went to a new dentist for a regular cleaning and was told I needed a root canal and had 8 cavities - quoted $4900. Outside of having one cavity my entire life, I have NEVER had any issues with my teeth. So, I was shocked. I ended up getting a second opinion who referred me to greater Endo. Their 3D CT scans can see much greater detail on scans than traditional dentist office Xray/CT. Dr. Brockbank at greater Endo was awesome!! He took one look at my scan and said, “who said you needed a root canal? In dentistry terms your root is a mile away from your filling”… he performed a couple sensitivity tests on the tooth. And said I had zero infection and absolutely no need for a root canal! What an honest guy! Highly recommend seeing him for anyone looking for a second opinion.

i had a botched root canal and doctor Brockbank tried to fix it. it was good for a year but problems a sore again from it. i just got out of my appointment and he unfortunately couldn't fix it. i was charged nothing. i had a terrible experience when i was a kid so it stuck with me from then on out. he was a great doctor and made sure i was comfortable and not feeling anything. i recommend this place for any root canals needed
