I highly recommend Dr. Schapiro for anyone in need of an endodontist@ Greater Endodontist of Riverton. After a week of tooth pain that quickly escalated into extreme pain and facial swelling, her wonderful staff and Beatrice managed to get me in the very next day for an emergency root canal. Dr. Schapiro quickly identified the problem tooth and fixed it. Although the injections were painful, she was incredibly kind and kept me reassured throughout the entire procedure. What truly set her apart was the follow-up care; when my swelling worsened the next day, she reached out via text and called in a steroid to help. She continued to check on me for four consecutive days to ensure I was recovering well, which is a level of care and dedication I have never experienced with a doctor before. She is amazing, and I am so grateful to have found her.

First appointment left me sitting about 30 minutes . Did work well with scheduling. Stories of how bad root canals are put to rest not so bad.

Dr Brockbank is the best Endodonist we've ever been to. His assistant is wonderful as well

I know this sounds odd but this was the best root canal that I have ever had! Pretty much painless. If I ever need one again I will go back to them and only them.

I received absolutely amazing service and care from my first phone call, to interaction with the receptionist, to the dental assistant and endodontist who handled an emergency procedure for me with great care, with kindness and attention to detail. The explanation of insurance and personal responsibility was up front and clear. I could not have asked for a better experience in a difficult situation. True professionals!!

Great job by Dr. Rhet Casper, his assistant and Abby!! I had root canal procedure performed by Dr. Casper on my tooth and he has been amazing the whole time and the entire experience has been awesome! Thanks to Abby for booking an appointment for me and providing the insurance quotes. Dr. Casper’s assistant has been great from the moment he took my scans and did a great job in assisting Dr. Casper through the procedure. Excellent team and kind people. My rating: 5 out of 5 👏🏻

You never want to go to a place like this, but if you ever have to go to a place like this, this is the place you want to go to. Dr. Madsen wields his lethal implements with unusual skill—plus he has a soothing bedside manner. Boys and girls, do what mama says—brush your teeth.

Considering that I certainly was not happy, knowing that I would need a root canal procedure to alleviate recent tooth pain that I was experiencing, today is the 3rd day after that procedure was completed. My tooth still feels tender, sensitive & I have not chewed on it yet. Everyone who spoke with me & participated in the procedure was very kind & professional, & I was made to feel that they were concerned with my comfort & care & did everything they could, to ease any panic, stress or anxiety, that I was feeling. I was very impressed with this practice! I would definitely use them again. Dr. Madsen was kind and explained everything thoroughly and I felt like he did a great job on my root canal.

Absolutely amazing work! Ive had a fear of root canals for a long time due to a bad childhood experience, but I felt totally safe and comfortable here. Very kind and professional people, very clear on procedure, and they know to give extra medicine for all the fellow gingers out there. Not to mention, I cant even see the scar! Absolutely recommending these people to my friends.

Amazing experience and the team was exceptional!!

My first root canal and I was slightly nervous. I’m a former Dental Assistant of 20 years so I wasn’t going to pick just anybody for my treatment. Going with Greater Endodontics, specifically Dr. Facer, was the right choice! I was comfortable, the treatment was faster than I expected, and I literally BARELY felt the shot, even the one on the roof of my mouth. He is fantastic at his craft, has caring bedside manner, and if I ever need this care again I’ll know where to go!

The staff and right hand of the doctor were all really good and on it. I felt the doctor had great presence with the patient and my situation that I came in for. The root canal and procedure was so easy and could barely be felt actually.
